This regrettable decision is yet another showing the current Supreme Court will consistently favor the interests of corporations over those of unions, individual workers, and families working to get ahead in Illinois.

This horrendous decision by the Supreme Court allows the President to discriminate on the basis of religion — undermining a central tenet of our Constitution. Instead of simply rubber-stamping President Trump’s discriminatory travel ban, it’s incumbent on this Congress to override it.
