(Downers Grove, IL) Friday, October 5, 2018 - As the Senate prepares to vote on the confirmation of controversial Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Sean Casten, Illinois’ Sixth District Congressional candidate, submitted petitions from hundreds of people from across the Sixth District calling for Peter Roskam to rescind his support for Kavanaugh.
(Downers Grove, IL ) October 5, 2018 - This week the Casten for Congress campaign was informed by the League of Women Voters of the Palatine Area that Peter Roskam has declined to participate in yet another Candidate Forum, this one on Saturday, October 6th. This is not the first time Peter Roskam has refused to participate in a debate inside the 6th District. To date, zero meetings between Sean Casten and Peter Roskam have occurred inside the Sixth District. Today, Casten reiterated his challenge:
